Snow Angel

Well, we woke up this morning to a foot of fresh snow on the ground. It is beautiful to look at, but daddy wasn't too happy when his car got stuck in the snow when he pulled out of the garage. So, mommy is stuck inside today with Emmie since daddy had to drive her car today. I took Emmie outside for a minute to enjoy the fresh powder and as you can see...she wasn't a fan.

Ummm...Can I go inside now!?!

Curly Sue

In case you were wondering what Emmie would look like with curly hair, wonder no more:

Apparently water makes Emmie's hair go crazy. (Apparently it also affects her tongue...)

Two-thy Smile

Emmie's two bottom teeth have pretty much grown all the way in. This is good for the fussiness factor, but not so good for the biting factor. She also has developed an adorable toothy smile:

Lots o' Guaco

We're trying to get Emmie to eat more solid food, so we are having her "explore" new foods. By "explore" I don't necessarily mean "eat", but more like "spread all over the place." Here's Emerson enjoying some fresh avocado:

We saw this little carousel when we were out shopping, and thought we'd see if Emmie liked it or not:

Turns out Emmie really liked it... Unfortunately, Daddy didn't have such a good time, since he had to hold her and he gets a bit motion sick from going round and round (and round, and round...)

Here's Daddy learning an important lesson which will undoubtedly haunt him for many, many years: "Happiness = Money"!
