Outdoor fun

A couple of days ago the weather was nice, so the little ones got to play out front. Here's some pictures of the action:

First day of School

Today was Emmie's first day of school. We dropped her off at 9 this morning and she walked in and didn't even say goodbye. I pick her up in an hour, so hopefully she is still doing okay. Here are a couple pics from her first day.

Road Trip!

We went on a little road trip last weekend to Cincinnati, Ohio just for fun. Here are some pictures capturing the fun:

When we got to the hotel, we had to explain to Emmie that the big bed wasn't hers....

This was the view from our hotel... not bad, but not terribly exciting...

Luckily, there was a monster truck rally going on down in the parking lot!

That got the attention of the Starship Enterprise....

Later on in the day, a dinosaur took out the building across the street from us. Remind me not to book a hotel so close to the Creation Museum....

One of our first stops was the Aquarium, where Laney made friends with a smiley fish :)

All that excitement made Delaney quite hungry - time to chow down!

I recently pulled out the Bumbo seat for Delaney to sit in and of course Emmie thinks it is her chair and loves sitting in it :)
