Emerson is starting to be able to react to her surroundings, and even smile at Mommy when she sees her... I tried to catch a few pics of smiley baby, but she doesn't usually smile long enough for me to find the camera (which is always on the other floor of the house), turn it on, flip the switch to camera mode, wait for it to warm up a sec, wait for it to focus on the baby, get over to where the baby is, wait a sec to stabilize the image, make sure the light is good, etc., and then take the picture. Despite all of those obstacles, here are a couple of pics. These are Emmie's smaller smiles; she also does really big
ones where she opens her mouth wide and her cheeks go up! Quite the cutey ;)
