A lovely walk

GOOSE!!!

Emmie and Mommy like to go for a lovely walk by the hospital, which has some lovely ponds.

The lovely ponds have some lovely ducks (and geese).

Emmie likes to drop lovely food crumbs.

The lovely ducks (and geese) like lovely food crumbs.

Ergo, the lovely ducks (and geese) love Emmie!

Water Babies

Well, we just got back from Dallas and we had a great time. Daddy had to go to seminar all day...everyday...but Emmie and mommy were able to walk around and enjoy the sights. On Thursday one of my best friends and her family were able to come to Dallas and visit for the day and meet Emmie for the first time. We went to the aquarium, ate lots of yummy food, and went swimming. Here are some pictures from the trip.

Lake view

While the April showers have continued well into May, we have had at least a few relatively nice days this month. Here's a picture of Emmie enjoying the beautiful retention pond--err, lake--by our house:

As you can see, Emmie's hair has gotten progressively longer and curlier, so now she gets these little whoopa-doops (I think that's a technical term).
